Praise for Zimbra Support.
Monday, January 28th, 2008Our Zimbra insstalation broke down because of this bug. Time between me getting made aware of the issue (”Mail is broken”) and Zimbra staff identifying the problem and installing a work arround: 65 minutes – of which 20 where spend piercing our firewalls to allow zimbra support staff access to our servers.
Good preformance! As always, there is little software i can recoment more than Zimbra.
